Background

When a user types a question in Uzbek using a Cyrillic keyboard, GEX responds in Russian instead of Uzbek. This looks like incorrect language detection or an unintended language fallback, and it breaks the expected user experience for Uzbek-speaking users.

User Story

As an Uzbek-speaking user, I want to receive answers in Uzbek when I ask questions in Uzbek (even if written in Cyrillic) so that I can understand and use GEX comfortably.

Expected Outcome

GEX correctly detects Uzbek written in Cyrillic and responds in Uzbek by default (unless the user explicitly requests Russian).
