Background / problem

Hotels often have a large library of professional property photos, but those images do not always match the platform’s required format out of the box. Today, teams need to edit images in external tools to crop them correctly and reduce file size before upload. This creates unnecessary preparation work, especially when many images need to be processed in bulk. The current workflow is manual, time-consuming, and slows down content setup for the hotel. As a result, high-quality assets require avoidable operational effort before they can be used on the platform.

User story

As a hotel team member, I want to crop and automatically compress uploaded property images inside the platform, so that I can prepare large batches of professional photos faster without relying on external editing tools.
