Today we first set up Sales widgets, then assign the responsible people in Task Manager. The widget should already define the task, the responsible group or person, and the Treema app alert in one flow.

Sales widget created = task template created = auto-assigned by department = team knows to check Treema app.

As a hotel manager, I want a widget to automatically create the related task template, assign it to the relevant department, and trigger the related notification to these groups, with the ability to adjust the assignment and notification recipients to specific team members when needed.
