We want a simple chatbot for hotel staff that answers operational questions using our daily hotel reports.

Staff should be able to ask questions like revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and package details, and get instant answers without opening reports.

This should work in a chat interface the team already uses (Telegram or WhatsApp).
